UPDATE 11/19/10
I totally jipped out on this project! In reviewing my posts, I am going to try this again. I really want to be able to look back over a year of daily photos! I am calling this Project 365: Take 2 and you can find it here.
After being sidetracked by other bloggers, I came across 2 sites that were taking part in Project 365. If I ever find those sites again ( I know I should have bookmarked them!) I will list them on here. They were so neat. What a great idea. I love to take pictures but I do not organize them and rarely date them. I decided to take part in Project 365 as well. I was trying to think of some unique spins to put on it, something creative and fun. I think the original idea is just that, so I will be sticking it it! 
Do you know what Project 365 is? If not, read on:
The WHAT: Take a photo every day for 1 year ( well, I know if I take one, I will end up probably taking more so for me the what is posting 1 photo per day for 1 year! )
The WHY: To remember all the small things each day brings, the good, mediocre and the not-so-good. Photos have a way of bringing back those memories that may have been lost if not captured.
The other plus that may come from this project is better photography skills. Doing something every day for a year is bound to make you atleast a tad better at it….right?
The HOW: Well, you use a camera and take a picture to document something that strikes you as worth capturing. I was going to give myself a goal of only being able to take my childrens’ pictures X amount of times, or something like that so as to make myself try other things, but decided against a goal like that. Why? I decided, I was doing this to document my year, and if my year is all pictures of only my children, so be it. I guess I will have to see what I come up with! I am already excited.. how silly is that?

January 1, 2010:
Why this picture? 1) This was the very first picture I took in 2010. 2) He is so cute wearing shoes 5x too big! 3) Shows that on this first day of January, 2010… my trim was still needing to be done!
January 2, 2010:
Why this picture? 1)It was so cold at the park by the water and we still had fun! 2) Her giggle brightened my day 3) I rarely catch her not making silly faces at the camera , this captures her just having fun.
January 3, 2010:
Why this picture? 1) We made a huge mess making homemade pizzas and they turned out really good! 2) I think its funny how it seems like she is gearing up to cook 3) She is so focused on the task at hand
January 4, 2010:
Why this picture? 1) My 3 year old took this picture of me being silly folding laundry 2) I love how she captures silly stuff 3) I think she takes awesome pictures for a 3 year old!
